Eligibility: The iWin Jojo's Fashion Show World Tour Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry. Employees of iWin (the "Sponsor) and their respective affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Prize: 4 weekly prizes of $500 each to the winner of this sweepstakes. Winner will be chosen on a weekly basis, beginning on October 9, 2009. The final drawing will take place on November 6, 2009. Winner will be informed and sent the prize they won.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2009, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 6, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the three (3) possible methods: enter by downloading Coconut Queen from www.iwin.com, opening the game, selecting the "Enter Now" button on the main menu of the game and entering your correct email address in the pop up screen that appears; (ii) enter by downloading Jojo's Fashion Show World Tour from www.iwin.com, opening the game and reach level 1.1. Upon reaching level 1.1 of the game the payer will have the option to enter their correct email address in the pop up screen that appears (iii) mail your your name, valid home address (PO boxes are not permitted), phone number and email address to the following:

One postcard entry per person. Potential Winners of the iWin Jojo's Fashion Show World Tour Sweepstakes will be notified on or around the first Friday after the specific sweepstakes period has ended and are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. The Sponsor is responsible for the functionality of the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Each sweepstakes period is limited to no more than two entries per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or mailing addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other method, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Sweepstakes Game: The Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor will randomly select the potential Winner from all eligible entries on or around the first Friday after the specific sweepstakes period has ended. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution will be made except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Sweepstakes prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. TOTAL ARV OF EACH OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES IS $1000. THE POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE,EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
Verification of Potential Winners: Potential Winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the iWin Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes requirements. The potential Sweepstakes Winner will be notified by email or registered mail after the date of random drawing. The potential Sweepstakes Winner will be required to sign and return to iWin, within four (4) days of the date the notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential Winner of the Sweepstakes cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time Period, the potential Winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential Winner of the Sweepstakes is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Release: By entering this Sweepstakes or winning a prize, potential Winners and Winner agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies and each of their respective parent and affiliated companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the or the processing of entries; or (5)any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or (excluding any and all disputes, claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with the use of any of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by any federal or state court located in San Francisco County, California having subject matter jurisdiction; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any and all disputes, claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with the use of prizes shall be noted individually, without resort in any form of class action, before any state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California having subject matter jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the iWin Privacy Policy(http://www.iwin.com/iwin/user/privacy.jsp). Upon entering Sweepstakes, entrant may or may not agree to be signed up for iWin newsletter and special promotions. If entrant agrees, entrant's email address will be added to iWin.com's email list and entrant may receive periodic email updates from iWin.com.
Winner: The name of the Sweepstakes Winner may be posted on the iWin website, www.iwin.com, within 24 hours after the winner is confirmed. For a Winner list and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:
